Yearly Budget

Yearly, and before the annual FOSDEM meetup, a member within the Core Contributors will present a budget to the complete team (CC + TC). The budget will be discussed, and latest 3 days after FOSDEM a vote will be held to approve or amend the budget. Every member in the team holds a single vote. Approval or rejection is considered by simple majority.

Yearly Updates

Every year, following FOSDEM, a blog post should be put out. The fiscal year starts from February of each year, all the way to the end of January of the next year.

Each blog post should explain the income, expenditures, current balance, and a breakdown of entries/categories of the budget for next year
